If you need to change something on your order, please use the “Contact Us” page or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We can help you make changes before the order is fulfilled.
Before the order is fulfilled, if you need to cancel your order, please use the “Contact Us” or email to email@example.com to cancel your order.
We accept credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Wilmington, DE.
Most orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days if we have the inventory in our warehouse. However, due to high demand of PPE products, we may run out of stock frequently.
It usually takes one week to replenish them from overseas manufacturers. We will update expected ship date in the Product Detail page if expected lead time is longer than 1 or 2 days.
Most orders are shipped through FedEx ground and most orders usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive.
If you need to return your items, you must first send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order # and reason for return.
In response, a return label will be sent to your email address. Returns and refunds are offered as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Returns may be accepted up to one month after purchase.
Once the returned package is received, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
