If you need to change something your order, please use “Contact Us” page or email to ppe@sevenshopper.com. We can help you make changes before the order is fulfilled.
Before the order is fulfilled, if you need to cancel your order, please use “Contact Us” or email to ppe@sevenshopper.com to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, we will be unable to cancel or refund.
We accept credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Wilmington, DE.
Usually the order will be fulfilled in 1 or 2 business days if we have inventory in our warehouse. However, due to high demand of PPE products, we may run out of stock frequently. It usually takes one week to replenish them from Chinese manufacturers. We will update expected ship date in the Product Detail page if expected lead time is longer than 1 or 2 days.
Order is usually shipped through FedEx ground. It usually takes 2 to 5 days to arrive.
